Our Policies

    • 24-Hour Notice: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling

    • Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a fee of 100% of service price.

    • No-Shows: Failure to show up for an appointment without notice will result in a charge for the full price of the scheduled service.

    • Zero Tolerance Policy: Any illicit, suggestive, or inappropriate remarks or behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session. The client will be responsible for the full payment, and future services will be denied.

    • Right to Refuse Service: The therapist reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons of safety, health, concerns (e.g.,contagious skin conditions, fever), or contraindications to massage.

    • Payment Due: Payment is required at the time of service unless a package or gift certificate has been pre-purchased.

    • ​Refunds: We do not offer refunds on completed massage services. Gift certificates are non-refundable and have an expiration date of 1 year.

    • Client Disclosure: Clients must provide an accurate health history and update the therapist on any changes.

    • Informed Consent: By booking, the client acknowledges they have read the medical disclaimer and understand the risks and benefits of massage therapy.
